Community Supervisor – Camp Operations

About the role

The Community Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day operations across multiple camp sites in the United Arab Emirates. This role ensures facilities are well maintained, third‑party services run smoothly, and tenants receive high‑quality support for accommodation and recreation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operational activities for all camp locations.
• Address facility complaints and manage new room and third‑party room requests.
• Coordinate and monitor third‑party service providers such as shops, Wi‑Fi, and laundry.
• Ensure vendor performance complies with contracts and service standards.
• Manage cash collections for room rent, parking and recreation bookings, and handle related invoicing.
• Supervise bookings for gym, swimming pool, sports grounds and organize events.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and recreation users to ensure satisfaction.
• Support procurement for facilities‑management projects and keep accurate administrative records.
• Implement health, safety and environment (HSE) procedures, monitor PTW and other safety processes.
• Oversee third‑party work on infrastructure and camp development projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Property Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in camp or property management.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple service providers.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
