About the role

Revolut is seeking a Junior Complaints Legal Counsel to join its Legal team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing consumer protection complaints and out‑of‑court disputes, primarily with Greek authorities, while supporting the company’s rapid expansion in the financial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end resolution of out‑of‑court disputes and consumer protection complaints with Greek authorities.
• Review and prepare formal responses to dispute‑related claims.
• Coordinate and liaise with external law firms in Greece to oversee active litigation.
• Provide legal advice and resolve escalated dispute tickets related to branch activities.
• Assist in preparing legal documentation and improving internal workflows for efficient dispute handling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law and current membership with a Greek Bar Association.
• Experience in a law firm or as an in‑house counsel, preferably within a bank or financial institution.
• Exposure to dispute resolution, litigation, or financial regulatory law.
• Ability to brief and collaborate with external law firms.
• Fluency in English and Greek, with strong written communication in both languages.
• Proactive mindset and ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders.
