Complex Public Relations Executive

About the role

The Public Relations Executive will join a dynamic team responsible for property‑level communications at a leading hotel brand in Dubai Marina. Reporting to the PR Manager, you will help shape on‑brand messaging across traditional media, digital platforms and social channels to enhance the hotel’s image and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute press releases, media advisories and press kits.
• Coordinate media activities, including interviews, events and coverage tracking.
• Assist in the planning and execution of PR campaigns that drive positive coverage and brand awareness.
• Maintain up‑to‑date media contact lists and coverage trackers.
• Schedule and publish content on digital and social platforms in line with marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with communications, e‑commerce and marketing teams to ensure alignment of local PR efforts with broader sales strategies.
• Support sales and marketing functions by handling administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence and document preparation.
• Uphold brand standards, professional appearance and confidentiality in all interactions.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Experience in public relations, communications or a related field, preferably within the hotel or tourism sector.
• Professional demeanor with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
