Complex Reservations Agent – Dubai Resort

About the role

The Complex Reservations Agent handles all reservation inquiries for the Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina and related properties. You will process bookings, changes and cancellations received via phone, fax or email, ensuring guests receive accurate information on room types, rates and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Identify guest needs, determine appropriate room type, and verify availability and rates.
• Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
• Document special requests and answer questions about property facilities and services.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and input data accurately into the reservation system.
• Use correct codes for complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel agent rates, and wholesale reservations.
• Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect guest privacy and company assets.
• Assist guests with disabilities and perform light lifting (≤10 lb) as needed.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
