Compliance Administrator – Union Properties

About the role

The Compliance Administrator supports Union Properties’ compliance function, ensuring that company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls are documented, monitored, and followed. The role is essential for maintaining adherence to UAE laws and internal governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
• Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, filings, and documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required reports and documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect compliance‑related information.
• Track licenses, permits, renewals, and regulatory deadlines.
• Report compliance risks, gaps, or breaches to the Compliance Manager.
• Assist with compliance training, awareness sessions, and communications.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities under supervision when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in compliance, governance, or an administrative role (UAE experience preferred).
• Good understanding of UAE regulatory and compliance requirements.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
