Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Compliance Analyst will support the implementation and maintenance of an effective ethics and compliance program for CCAD. The role involves research, drafting guidance, delivering training, providing administrative support, and enabling processes to ensure the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, group policies, and ethical obligations in the UAE and ADGM.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Manager, Compliance and senior leadership in transitioning the ethics and compliance program from a group‑administered to an in‑house approach.
• Implement and maintain an ethics and compliance program aligned with Cleveland Clinic global standards, local laws, and group policies.
• Conduct periodic reviews of policies and procedures and develop education and training materials.
• Review internal compliance with functional policies, processes, and instructions to ensure controlled, consistent work.
• Prepare regular compliance reports and metrics for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Support the implementation, interpretation, education, and dissemination of the Code of Ethics.
• Collaborate on risk assessment, policy development, and organizational risk analysis.
• Assist with investigations of reported compliance concerns and process conflict‑of‑interest disclosures.
• Conduct vendor due diligence and work with stakeholders on group‑wide initiatives.
• Partner with the legal team to ensure data protection requirements are met.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in compliance, legal, or risk management, preferably within the UAE or ADGM jurisdiction.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work closely with senior management and promote a culture of compliance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements in the UAE and ADGM.
• Understanding of data protection and privacy regulations.
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and vendor due‑diligence processes.
• Proficiency in preparing compliance reports, training materials, and policy documentation.
