About the role
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Director/MLRO to join a leading digital asset custodian in Abu Dhabi's ADGM. You will be responsible for overseeing the AML framework and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the AML framework.
- Advise on CTF, sanctions, fraud and ABC issues.
- Act as the Data Protection Officer.
- Analyse conflicts, develop policies and assess commercial impact of new regulations.
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory returns.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years’ financial crime experience within the UAE.
- Experience or strong interest in the digital asset sector.

What we offer
- Salary: AED 70,000 per month.
