Computer Hardware Technician

About the role

The Laptop Technician Card Level position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The technician will diagnose, repair and replace laptop components and cards while ensuring performance and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and replace laptop hardware components and card‑level parts.
• Conduct hardware and software troubleshooting, including preventive maintenance.
• Provide printer installation, configuration and basic maintenance support when required.
• Deliver technical support to internal teams or customers and document all repair activities.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools, and interact with users to understand issues and explain resolutions.

Required profile

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills for laptop hardware, software and card‑level repairs.
• Printer support experience, including installation and basic maintenance.
• Diploma or certification in electronics, computer hardware engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with laptop repair, component replacement and ESD‑safe handling practices.
• Ability to read schematics, use diagnostic tools and follow standard operating procedures.
• Attention to detail, good time‑management and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
