They proactively address operational needs, guest requests, and local area highlights while maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to safety and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through their entire stay, providing personalized assistance.
• Process operational tasks, complete reports, and share local area highlights.
• Address guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and protect assets.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and handling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Maintain accurate guest records and communicate highlights of local attractions.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Commitment to confidentiality and upholding quality standards.
• Professional uniform and personal appearance.
