About the role
We are seeking a Construction Disputes Lawyer to join a leading global law firm’s expanding Dubai team. The role involves handling complex litigation and international arbitration matters across the construction and engineering sectors, offering exposure to high‑profile, cross‑border projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of construction‑related disputes, including litigation and arbitration.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on engineering and construction contracts.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and arbitration submissions.
- Collaborate with senior partners and international teams to develop case strategies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of construction law developments in multiple jurisdictions.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in construction law.
- Qualified in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or the US, preferably admitted to practice in one of these jurisdictions.
- Educated at a top‑tier university and trained at a Magic Circle or other top international law firm.
- Strong academic background with experience in complex, cross‑border construction disputes.
