Construction Foreman

About the role

Al Manar Technical Contracting is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead on‑site activities at its Abu Dhabi projects. The role involves supervising daily construction operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring that work meets project specifications, safety standards and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and manage construction crews.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and other professionals to maintain project efficiency.
• Monitor and supervise the use of heavy equipment on site.
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks to verify workmanship.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; additional certification in construction management or civil engineering is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory construction role within the UAE.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
