Construction Foreman

About the role

The Construction Foreman will lead daily activities on a construction site, ensuring projects progress smoothly, safely, and on schedule. This role requires strong leadership to manage both skilled and unskilled workers while coordinating closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations and maintain smooth workflow.
• Lead and manage teams of skilled and unskilled laborers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for timely execution.
• Monitor progress, report delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and attendance records.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, preferably on high‑rise buildings, villas, or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and team‑management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE labour laws and construction regulations is preferred.
• Immediate availability is advantageous.
