Construction Foreman

About the role

Sky High HR Solutions is seeking a full‑time Construction Foreman to lead daily activities on construction sites in Abu Dhabi. You will supervise crews, ensure safety, and guarantee that work meets project specifications and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily construction tasks on assigned projects.
• Assign work to site crews, monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce occupational health and safety regulations.
• Monitor quality of workmanship, manage materials and equipment usage.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and civil‑engineering documents.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and clients to align on project goals.
• Provide clear direction, feedback and training to workers.
• Prepare progress reports, resolve on‑site issues and keep the site organized and clean.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within construction.
• Technical construction knowledge, especially carpentry and civil‑engineering concepts.
• Experience operating or supervising heavy‑equipment use on site.
• Strong understanding of quality‑control standards and ability to enforce them.
• Excellent communication skills for team coordination and reporting.
• Familiarity with local occupational health and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and technical documents.
