Construction Manager - Civils and Cut & Cover

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead civil works and cut‑and‑cover tunnel projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all construction activities from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction activities within site boundaries, coordinating with contractors to meet the project schedule.
• Monitor labor, equipment and tool availability, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, testing and commissioning, and verify that all necessary permits are obtained.
• Generate internal and external progress reports and advise the client on risks, opportunities and cost‑saving strategies.
• Oversee site safety plans, quality standards, health and safety regulations, and contractual performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture or related field (advanced degree or professional certification preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of construction management experience on rail or infrastructure projects, preferably involving cut‑and‑cover works.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, contracts and procurement processes.
