Construction Manager / Construction Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager or Construction Director to lead our construction operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing all site activities from project start‑up through to final hand‑over, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction activities from commencement to completion.
• Oversee site operations, monitor progress, quality, safety and productivity.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements and construction requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Track project progress against approved schedules, budgets and milestones.
• Identify and resolve technical, construction and site‑coordination issues.
• Ensure works comply with project requirements, quality standards and regulatory regulations.
• Lead site teams and provide technical and operational support to achieve successful delivery.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction management, site management or project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations, quality control and safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with large‑scale building, engineering or infrastructure projects is preferred.
