Construction Manager – EPC Projects

About the role

Euro Mechanical, a leading Abu Dhabi‑based oil and gas EPC group, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead site execution on a major brownfield, live‑plant project. You will own multidisciplinary construction, act as the primary contact for the client and PMC, and ensure safe, on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary construction across Mechanical, Piping, Structural and Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) disciplines and manage their interfaces.
• Plan and execute shutdown, tie‑in and SIMOPS activities in a live operating plant.
• Manage subcontractors and site manpower to meet schedule, quality and productivity targets.
• Drive constructability reviews, work‑front readiness and coordinate materials and IFC drawings with engineering and procurement.
• Prepare recovery plans when progress is at risk and ensure compliance with Permit to Work, HSE and QA/QC requirements.
• Lead mechanical completion, handover to the client and independently manage client and PMC interfaces.

Required profile

• 15+ years of oil and gas EPC construction experience, including at least 3 years as a Construction Manager.
• Strong background in brownfield and live‑plant environments, with proven experience in shutdowns, tie‑ins and SIMOPS.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Piping, Structural, E&I).
• Excellent subcontractor and site manpower management skills.
• Experience with ADNOC or ADNOC Offshore projects is preferred.
