Construction Manager – High‑Rise Projects

About the role

ASGC is looking for an experienced Construction Manager (Civil) to lead the delivery of prestigious high‑rise developments across the UAE. You will be responsible for overseeing all site activities from start‑up to handover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for all site construction activities from commencement through handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.
• Lead and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Drive productivity, resource optimisation, and construction performance across all project phases.
• Oversee structural, architectural, and finishing works while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, QA/QC procedures, and local authority requirements.
• Proactively manage project risks, technical challenges, and stakeholder expectations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across the project team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience with leading main contractors.
• Proven success delivering large‑scale high‑rise building projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, contract administration and UAE authority regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to lead high‑performing teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Immediate availability is a distinct advantage.
