Construction Manager – High‑rise Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the site execution of a mega‑scale high‑rise building project in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site execution ensuring programme, quality and safety targets are met.
• Drive structural floor cycles and monitor daily/weekly construction targets.
• Manage deep excavation, shoring, dewatering, raft foundations and basement works.
• Coordinate structural, MEP, façade/curtain‑wall and finishing interfaces.
• Oversee tower cranes, hoists, material movement, manpower and overall site logistics.
• Supervise subcontractors, foremen, suppliers, consultants and project teams.
• Ensure timely closure of NCRs, inspections, ITRs and QA/QC requirements.
• Enforce HSE standards including lifting operations, working at height and heat‑stress controls.
• Prepare and drive 3‑week look‑ahead plans and daily site targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of site‑based construction experience, with 5–7 years as Construction Manager on major high‑rise projects.
• Proven UAE experience on 50 + storey towers and deep basement construction.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem‑solving and site‑management skills.
• Fluent English; Hindi, Urdu or Arabic an advantage.
• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent safety certification is a plus.
