Construction Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead large‑scale offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects for ADNOC. The role involves driving construction excellence, ensuring safety, and delivering projects on schedule across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall construction strategy for offshore EPC projects.
• Lead civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and telecom disciplines.
• Manage offshore fabrication, installation, hook‑up and commissioning support activities.
• Coordinate interfaces between ADNOC, PMC, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity trends, progress performance and construction forecasts.
• Lead constructability reviews, work‑pack planning, risk mitigation and schedule recovery plans.
• Ensure readiness for offshore campaigns, vessel mobilization, shutdowns and manpower deployment.
• Promote a strong HSE culture and support zero LTI objectives.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum 15 + years of Oil & Gas EPC experience, including at least 10 years in senior construction leadership.
• Mandatory experience on ADNOC projects and offshore oil & gas construction.
• Proven track record leading large multidisciplinary EPC construction teams.
• Experience supporting commissioning, start‑up and hand‑over activities.
