Construction Manager – Large‑Scale UAE Development

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a major large‑scale development in the UAE. The successful candidate will oversee all site execution activities from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall site execution from mobilisation to project completion and handover.
• Manage and coordinate civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors and site engineers.
• Develop and implement construction execution plans, method statements and recovery programmes.
• Monitor progress against the schedule and take corrective actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, client representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Plan resources including manpower, materials and equipment.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and contractual obligations.
• Lead site meetings, progress reporting and coordination discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 10–12 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years as a Construction Manager.
• Proven track record delivering high‑rise buildings and luxury hotel projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing and site execution practices.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large subcontractor networks.
• Understanding of UAE authority regulations, approvals and handover processes.
