Construction Manager - MEP (Mechanical/Electrical)

About the role

The Construction Manager – MEP will lead the planning, execution, testing and handover of mechanical and electrical works on large‑scale projects. You will ensure that all activities are carried out safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage MEP construction activities from execution through testing and handover.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Architectural works on site.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements and material submittals.
• Supervise subcontractors, manpower, materials and daily site activities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Monitor progress, quality, productivity and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning and final handover.
• Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of MEP construction experience.
• Experience on large‑scale building, infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Preferably worked in the UAE/GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of MEP installation, coordination, testing and commissioning.
