Construction Manager (Ports & Marine)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced EPC Marine Construction Manager to lead the delivery of ports and marine infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, from planning and scheduling to on‑site execution, ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations, manage resources and supervise subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule and drive productivity improvements to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets while delivering high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in marine environments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale construction activities.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
