Construction Manager – Roads & Infrastructure (Arabic speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Roads & Infrastructure to oversee the execution and successful delivery of road and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Tier‑1 or reputable infrastructure contractors, with a proven track record in managing road and infrastructure construction activities, including highways, road networks, bridges, interchanges, earthworks, drainage, and wet and dry utility networks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities for road and infrastructure projects.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and construction resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Coordinate roadworks, earthworks, drainage, utilities, and related civil works.
• Monitor project progress and resolve construction‑related issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and approved drawings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of total civil/infrastructure construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager on road and infrastructure projects.
• UAE experience with Tier‑1 or major infrastructure contractors is preferred.
• Strong experience in roads, highways, earthworks, drainage, utilities, and related infrastructure works.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and HSE requirements.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• A valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
