Construction Manager – Roads & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead day‑to‑day site operations for large‑scale road and infrastructure projects across the UAE. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will oversee engineering teams, labour forces and heavy machinery to ensure timely, safe and quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily on‑site activities for major road networks, earthworks, bridges, tunnels and utility networks.
• Deploy and manage heavy equipment, materials and multi‑national labour efficiently.
• Direct site engineers, foremen and specialised subcontractors to maximise productivity.
• Translate master schedules into daily/weekly targets, resolve field bottlenecks and ensure compliance with QA/QC and consultant inspections.
• Enforce rigorous HSE policies in line with UAE regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of civil construction experience, including at least 4 years as a Construction Manager on major projects.
• Proven track record on UAE infrastructure projects, preferably in the Northern Emirates.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of heavy earthmoving operations.
• Expertise in asphalt paving techniques.
• Strong background in concrete structure construction.
• Experience with deep trenching for wet and dry utilities.
