Construction Manager – Sewerage Tunnel

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a major sewerage tunnel project in Dubai. The role involves full‑cycle project management, from planning and coordination to final hand‑over, ensuring the project meets quality, safety and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all construction activities from start‑up through completion.
- Coordinate cross‑functional logistics with vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory bodies and enforce quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in large‑scale construction, including at least two PPP projects.
- Proven experience as a construction team lead or equivalent role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong time‑management, decision‑making and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
