Construction Manager Superintendent – Large‑Scale Energy Projects

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager with a proven track record in overseeing and coordinating all on‑site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards for a high‑profile client in the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assure project quality, schedule and budget compliance for projects valued above USD 500 million.
• Oversee total construction field effort, ensuring work follows design, specifications and client requirements.
• Manage and control cost and schedule for assigned disciplines, capturing variations through commercial processes.
• Coordinate supply, delivery, subcontractors and consumables in line with contract specifications.
• Lead safety, quality and environmental initiatives on‑site, including toolbox talks, inspections and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of oil and gas industry experience, including at least 5 years on major capital projects (> USD 500 M) with a focus on construction and site management.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel extensively for multi‑week periods and adapt work location as project needs dictate.
• Eligibility to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa.
