Construction Operations Supervisor

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Construction Operations Supervisor to lead daily site activities on oil and gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures that construction execution aligns with project schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily construction site operations and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor progress against project timelines and take corrective actions as needed.
• Enforce safety codes, quality standards, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and client representatives to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in construction.
• At least 5 years in oil and gas EPC projects as a Construction Supervisor (Operation).
• ADNOC approval is considered an advantage.

Required skills

• Civil or Chemical engineering knowledge.
• Construction supervision on large‑scale EPC projects.
• Understanding of safety and quality compliance in the oil and gas sector.
