About the role

STRUCTURAL is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee 3‑6 moderate‑complexity projects valued between $1‑$5 million. The role blends field leadership with financial and schedule control, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 3‑6 concurrent construction projects, handling change orders, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution within authority limits.
• Track production, billing, forecasting, and percent‑complete accounting; prepare month‑end financial reports and margin analyses.
• Utilize Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling to monitor progress, align cash flow, and drive resource loading.
• Maintain 24/7 safety and quality culture on‑site, communicating expectations and holding teams accountable.
• Coordinate with Jobsite Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractors to execute specifications of moderate complexity.
• Support sales initiatives by building and maintaining customer relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or civil engineering.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and adhere to company operating principles.
• Strong understanding of financial management, cash‑flow monitoring, and risk evaluation on construction projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with branch leadership.
