Construction Project Manager (Client Representative)

About the role

Kingston Stanley is partnering with an established construction consultancy in Dubai to recruit an experienced Project Manager who will act as the client's representative for residential developments, including villas and apartments. The role oversees construction activities, manages contractors and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The position is full-time and permanent, with a stated salary of AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from initial groundworks through to final handover.
• Manage contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality and site progress.
• Oversee contract administration, claims, variations and contractual compliance.
• Resolve technical and construction-related challenges.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and HSE standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 10 to 15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in project management.
• Proven experience delivering residential construction projects within the UAE.
• Experience managing large site teams and overseeing main contractors.
• Valid UAE driving licence; immediate availability or a maximum one-week notice period is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, claims and variations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
