Construction Project Manager

About the role

An experienced Construction Project Manager is sought to lead the delivery of large-scale real estate developments from pre-construction through handover. The role is accountable for time, cost, quality and safety across assigned projects, and involves managing contractors and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring completion on time, within budget and to specification.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts and risk registers.
• Oversee contractors, consultants and suppliers, monitoring performance against contract terms.
• Administer variations, claims and change orders through the formal approval process.
• Enforce HSE, quality assurance and regulatory compliance on site.
• Coordinate design reviews and resolve technical, interface and site issues.
• Prepare regular progress, cost and risk reports for senior management.
• Manage handover, snagging, testing and commissioning, and close-out documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 11+ years of construction experience, including 4+ years managing large residential, mixed-use or infrastructure projects.
• Proven record of delivering projects within budget and programme.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent contract forms, cost control and project controls.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder communication skills.
