Construction Site Manager – Civil & Mechanical

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead civil and mechanical works on large‑scale EPC projects. The role oversees all on‑site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate civil and mechanical construction, including foundations, concrete structures, steel works, equipment installation, piping, tanks and related infrastructure.
• Develop and execute site logistics, mobilization and construction plans, managing manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against milestones, implement recovery actions and report to project leadership.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and client standards through regular inspections and quality audits.
• Promote a strong HSE culture, conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks and incident investigations.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen and construction crews, facilitating meetings and progress reviews.
• Serve as the primary on‑site contact for project directors, construction management teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing civil and mechanical construction on large EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, standards and HSE regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to plan, organise and drive projects to successful completion.
