About the role
A career opportunity is available for a Construction Storekeeper to manage materials, tools, and inventory at a construction site. The role is ideal for an organized and responsible individual who can maintain accurate stock records and ensure materials are available when required.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize construction materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Issue materials and tools to workers and site teams as required.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requests.
- Keep the store area clean, organized, and properly labeled.
- Check delivered materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of construction materials.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, procurement, and project teams.
- Track tools, equipment, and consumable materials.
- Prepare basic inventory and stock reports.
Required profile
- No experience required (fresher).
- Can join immediately.
