Construction Superintendent (PMC)

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Constructability Specialist to lead constructability execution for a high‑profile client in the oil and gas sector. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work within Wood’s Energy business delivering large‑scale, complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead constructability planning and execution across multidisciplinary projects.
• Review and optimise construction methodologies and design solutions.
• Manage modularisation, prefabrication and sequencing of construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and specifications.
• Oversee heavy‑lifting and rigging operations, applying risk‑management principles.
• Interpret engineering drawings and 3‑D models to support constructability decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within oil & gas.
• Proven track record in constructability execution and PMC environments.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards and large‑scale offshore/onshore projects.
• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
