About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead civil and structural works on oil and gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with international codes and ADNOC standards, and delivering projects safely and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise civil and structural construction activities on site.
- Ensure all works comply with BS, ASTM and ACI building codes.
- Coordinate drawing execution and on‑site testing procedures.
- Maintain adherence to ADNOC HSE and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, manage subcontractors, and report to project management.
Required profile
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience.
- At least 5 years in oil and gas EPC projects as a Construction Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of international building codes and ADNOC regulations.
