Consultant ENT – Senior Otolaryngology Specialist

About the role

Stafmed is recruiting a highly experienced Consultant ENT to join a leading hospital in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering advanced, patient‑centred otolaryngology services, managing a broad spectrum of ear, nose, throat and head‑and‑neck conditions, and contributing to a progressive clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and management of ENT disorders.
• Perform and oversee diagnostic and therapeutic ENT procedures, including surgical interventions within the candidate’s expertise.
• Manage complex cases requiring multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Develop personalised, evidence‑based treatment plans and ensure thorough pre‑ and post‑operative care.
• Participate in clinical governance, audit and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Support departmental education, teaching and service development.

Required profile

• Board certification in Otolaryngology/ENT with a recognised Tier 1 qualification (e.g., ABMS, Canadian Royal College, UK CCT/CCST, German Facharzt, French DES).
• Minimum 3–5 years of post‑specialisation experience in ENT/Otolaryngology.
• Eligibility for consultant‑level licensing with DHA, DOH or MOHAP.
• Strong clinical and surgical decision‑making abilities and a commitment to patient safety.
