Consultant Gastroenterologist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Gastroenterologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves diagnosing and managing digestive system disorders, delivering advanced gastroenterology care, and performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas, and biliary system.
• Perform endoscopic procedures such as gastroscopy and colonoscopy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes.
• Coordinate care with other specialists and provide consultations for chronic digestive conditions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient safety.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB in General Medicine with DM/DNB or equivalent specialization in Gastroenterology.
• Significant post‑specialization experience at Consultant level.
• Experience in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy.
