Consultant Paediatric Surgeon – American CCT – Western Qualified

About the role

A prestigious UAE hospital is seeking an experienced Consultant Paediatric Surgeon to strengthen its pediatric surgical team. The role offers the chance to work with modern facilities, advanced technology, and a multidisciplinary care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform elective and emergency paediatric surgical procedures.
• Manage complex paediatric surgical conditions from assessment to postoperative care.
• Collaborate closely with paediatricians, anaesthetists, intensivists and other specialists.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical decision‑making.

Required profile

• Medical degree with recognised paediatric surgery specialisation.
• Valid DHA, DoH or MOHAP licence or eligibility for UAE licensure.
• Minimum 3–5 years post‑specialisation experience.
• Tier 1 consultant qualifications (CCT/CCST, American Board, Canadian Board, Irish Board or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in a tertiary‑care or JCI‑accredited hospital is an advantage.
