Consultant Plastic Surgeon (UK CCT) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon with a UK CCT to join a leading private healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high‑quality reconstructive and aesthetic surgical care while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients requiring plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
• Perform surgical procedures in line with approved clinical standards and patient needs.
• Conduct pre‑operative assessments and provide thorough post‑operative follow‑up.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly explain procedures, risks and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams and ensure compliance with Dubai healthcare regulations.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• UK CCT in Plastic Surgery or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Eligibility for DHA Specialist or Consultant licence (subject to PQR requirements).
• Relevant post‑specialisation clinical experience, preferably in cosmetic and/or reconstructive procedures.
• Valid professional registration/licence in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
