Consultant / Specialist Pediatric Cardiologist in Dubai

About the role

A leading multispecialty tertiary care hospital in Dubai is expanding its pediatric cardiac services and seeks an experienced Consultant / Specialist Pediatric Cardiologist. The position offers tax‑free income, state‑of‑the‑art infrastructure and exposure to a diverse international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage congenital and acquired heart diseases in infants, children and adolescents.
• Perform and interpret echocardiography, ECG, cardiac MRI and stress testing.
• Conduct pediatric cardiac catheterisation, balloon angioplasty and other interventional procedures.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑operative cardiac evaluation in collaboration with cardiac surgeons.
• Manage neonatal and critical paediatric cardiac cases, including ICU involvement.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents and medical students.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5+ years post‑specialist / board certification in paediatric cardiology.
• Internationally recognised qualification (e.g., American Board, UK CCT/MRCPCH, European Board, Royal College Canada, Australian Fellowship, Arab Board, DM/MD/DNB).
• Eligibility for DHA / DOH licence conversion (support provided).
