Consultant / Specialist Psychiatrist – Tax‑Free Role in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a distinguished Consultant/Specialist Psychiatrist to join a rapidly growing mental health division of a JCI‑accredited healthcare group in Dubai. Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental status examinations, risk evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions such as mood, anxiety, psychotic, personality and substance‑use disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that combine pharmacological and psychotherapeutic approaches.
• Provide crisis intervention and acute psychiatric care when required.
• Collaborate with psychologists, counselors, social workers and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with DHA and international standards.
• Participate in clinical governance, audits, CPD initiatives and service‑development projects.

Required profile

• Board certification (ABPN, UK CCT/GMC, European Board, Canadian/Australian Fellowship, Arab Board, FCPS, MD/DNB/DM).
• Minimum 3–5 years post‑board clinical experience.
• Eligibility for DHA licensure or an active DHA license is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural clinical setting.
