Consultant Specialist Spine Surgeon – UAE Relocation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant / Specialist Spine Surgeon with UK CCT to join our growing healthcare team in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and surgical management of patients with a wide range of spinal conditions, working within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with spinal and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Perform appropriate spinal surgical procedures based on clinical expertise and approved privileges.
• Manage patients throughout the pre‑operative, operative, and post‑operative phases.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based clinical practice.
• Work closely with orthopaedic, neurosurgical, radiology, rehabilitation, and other specialist teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and care.
• Participate in clinical governance, audits, and continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

• UK CCT in Orthopaedics or Neurosurgery.
• Fellowship or advanced subspecialty training in Spine Surgery.
• Strong post‑CCT experience in spine surgery.
• Experience in managing complex and degenerative spinal conditions.
• Eligible for UAE medical licensing (DHA/DOH/MOHAP).
• Excellent communication, clinical decision‑making, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to high standards of professional and patient‑centred care.
