Consultant – Strategy & Management Consulting

About the role

The successful candidate will join our consulting team to deliver strategy and management consulting services on large‑scale projects across the Middle East, focusing on real estate, transport, master planning and infrastructure development.

Key responsibilities

• Support client engagements by preparing presentations, reports and analytical materials.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, assisting senior consultants.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary internal teams (planning, engineering, digital, sustainability) to produce integrated advisory outputs.
• Work in both traditional and agile project environments, managing ambiguity while ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Contribute to corporate, portfolio and asset‑level strategy development through structured analysis and research.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including financial modeling, benchmarking, market sizing and scenario assessment.
• Develop business cases for various delivery and ownership models, evaluating affordability, value‑for‑money and risk.
• Perform primary and secondary market research to assess trends, demand drivers and regulatory environments in KSA, UAE and the wider region.
• Prepare market reports, sector insights and thought‑leadership materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy and management consulting on large‑scale projects, preferably in the KSA, UAE or broader Middle East.
• Exposure to sectors such as real estate, transport, master planning and infrastructure development.
• Ability to work under high ambiguity and deliver accurate, consistent analytical outputs.
• Strong problem‑structuring, hypothesis development and synthesis skills.
