Consultant – Supply Chain Digital Solutions & Data

About the role

The consultancy supports the Global Humanitarian Services and Supply Chain Management (GHS&SCM) department in strengthening data use and digital solutions for supply chain management, operational decision‑making and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain Power BI dashboards and other visualisation tools for supply chain operational and strategic decisions.
• Support global SCM reporting across procurement, inventory, logistics, transport and fleet functions.
• Define and document supply chain data requirements for digital solutions such as SPARK and the Predictive Supply Chain solution.
• Validate, map and ensure quality of data from ERP and other sources, and integrate it into digital platforms.
• Maintain documentation of data sources, KPI definitions, reporting solutions and related business processes.

Required profile

• University degree in information management, data analytics, supply chain management, computer science or a related field.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics or digital solutions.
• Experience working with structured data from multiple sources, including ERP systems.
• Ability to translate business and operational needs into data, reporting and visualisation requirements.

• Data mapping, validation and quality assurance
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365 ERP reporting and data structures (preferred)
