Consultant Urology

About the role

M42 Health is seeking a Tier 1 Consultant Urologist to join its multidisciplinary team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering comprehensive urological care, managing complex cases, and advancing the department’s surgical services while upholding the highest clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex urological disorders across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings.
• Perform advanced urological procedures, including minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgeries.
• Lead multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborate with Oncology, Nephrology, Radiology, and other specialties.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of advanced urological services within M42.
• Drive quality‑improvement initiatives and participate in clinical governance activities.
• Mentor junior physicians and support education, research, and professional development programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in on‑call coverage for urological emergencies.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS, MBChB, MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Completed residency training in Urology and fellowship or advanced subspecialty training from a Tier 1 country.
• Consultant qualification recognized by the Department of Health (DOH), Abu Dhabi.
• Internationally recognized reputation for clinical excellence and leadership in urology.
