Content & Creative Specialist - Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

We are seeking a creative, digitally‑savvy Content & Creative Specialist to join Dr. Scent’s marketing team. The role will focus on producing engaging Arabic and English content for social media, e‑commerce, retail campaigns, and regional partner activities across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Create Arabic and English copy for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, website, WhatsApp, e‑commerce and partner channels, including captions, product descriptions, campaign messages and reel scripts.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal events and retail promotions.
• Prepare creative briefs for designers, photographers, videographers, influencers and agencies.
• Capture mobile‑first video and photo assets for reels, stories, product demos and event coverage.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity, and maintain a library of approved assets.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation, creative marketing, social media or digital marketing.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, with strong Arabic copywriting skills for GCC audiences.
• Familiarity with beauty, fragrance, fashion or related consumer sectors.
