About the role

GMG, a global well-being company that retails, distributes and manufactures brands across sport, everyday goods, health and beauty, properties and logistics, is looking for a Content Creator in Dubai. The role develops visually compelling content for the brand portfolio, creating short-form and long-form material for digital and social media that speaks to youth and lifestyle audiences and supports campaigns, product launches and brand activations.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality video, photo and written content for social, digital and retail channels.
• Create reels, stories and short-form content optimized for Instagram and TikTok.
• Collaborate with videographers, designers and marketing teams to turn content ideas into reality.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines and reflects cultural relevance.
• Analyze content performance metrics and optimize based on data-driven insights.
• Stay up to date on trending formats, emerging platforms and digital storytelling best practices.
• Support campaigns, product launches and community events through real-time content creation.

Required profile

• Strong copywriting and video editing skills tailored for social media.
• Understanding of platform-specific content optimization (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Ability to analyze content performance and adjust creative strategy accordingly.
