Content Manager – Czech Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Content Manager who is a native Czech speaker to lead the social media presence of our Associate Director in Dubai’s real‑estate market. You will be responsible for producing engaging content that builds a strong personal brand and supports business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, edit and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Monitor Dubai real‑estate trends, social media developments and competitor activity to generate daily content ideas.
• Accompany the Associate Director to meetings, property viewings and networking events to capture authentic material.
• Film and edit short videos using mobile devices and CapCut.
• Coordinate with the production team for larger‑scale shoots when needed.

Required profile

• Czech speaker currently residing in Dubai with fluent English.
• Minimum three years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
• Passion for real‑estate and personal branding.
