Content Programming Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Content Programming Lead to shape the movie and TV offering for Anuvu’s airline and cruise‑line clients. You will ensure that all content meets client specifications, editorial guidelines and delivery deadlines while driving creative and commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse new programming options and liaise with distributors to gather licensing data.
• Screen content for suitability, create warning notes and lead discussions with internal teams and clients.
• Prepare and present strategic programming recommendations that enhance the creative direction of each portfolio.
• Act as the primary liaison with UK, International offices, sister companies and third‑party suppliers on content selection and delivery.
• Develop and maintain close client relationships, negotiate content choices and maximise margins.
• Manage relationships with external content suppliers, monitor contract compliance and support commercial finance on deal structures.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in content programming for aviation, maritime or similar entertainment platforms.
• Strong understanding of airline and cruise editorial guidelines.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver accurate content.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
