Contract Administrator – Defense & Security

About the role

Embraer Defense & Security is looking for a Contract Administrator based in Dubai to support the Worldwide Sales Team. You will be responsible for creating, negotiating and managing service purchasing documents and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in sales proposal activities, draft and negotiate contracts, and select cost‑effective solutions.
• Use Salesforce for document creation and account management.
• Coordinate with Configuration Specialists to meet contractual milestones such as pricing, delivery schedules and post‑delivery commitments.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships throughout the negotiation process.
• Perform SAP‑related activities, support compliance agents and manage contract data in the Doccon database.
• Interface with the Legal Department, ensure proper signing procedures, and notify internal teams of new contracts.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy, resolve invoice disputes and monitor contract performance (gross margin, revenue).
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects and lead customer evaluation meetings.

• Strong understanding of contract administration and sales processes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, finance, configuration and sales teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and compliance orientation.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can anticipate and manage contractual issues.
