Contract Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Contracts Administrator with a civil engineering background to join our construction team in Dubai. The role involves managing contractual and commercial matters for high‑rise building projects, ensuring compliance with prime contract obligations and subcontract agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage prime contracts, monitor compliance, and maintain contract records.
• Prepare and manage contractual correspondence, formal notices, and claims documentation.
• Assist in project commercial management, evaluate subcontractor agreements, and monitor project costs.
• Support cost control activities, review payment applications, and assist in forecasting project budgets.
• Identify contractual risks, recommend mitigation measures, and support dispute avoidance and resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of contracts administration experience on high‑rise building projects.
• Experience administering prime contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Preferred certifications: Primavera P6 or equivalent, Contract Management certification.
